Beale Personnel, Inc. is a mid-career and executive search firm with offices in the Washington, D.C. metro area / Bethesda, MD. Carol Beale founded the firm in 1989.

Carol Beale founded Beale Personnel, Inc. to respond to the ever-growing demand for career professionals who excel at what they do and career professionals who stand in the top 20 percentile of their peer group. Under Carol's successful leadership, Beale Personnel, Inc. has grown from a modest one-room office to spacious and highly accessible offices in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.

In every engagement, the firm's two key principals, Carol and Joseph Beale, are closely involved. Together, they collaborate with clients and Beale staff members to ensure the firm's commitment to excellence is always in practice.

Our Recruitment Team

Beale's recruiters are selected to join the Beale team based upon prior business experience. Our recruiters often possess the same certification as many of our candidates.

Carol Beale

Prior to starting Beale Personnel, Inc. in 1989, Carol worked for several years as a successful executive recruiter for a permanent placement firm in Rockville, MD.

The key to Carol's continued success was and continues to be her winning approach. She combines her prior and proven success with her personal philosophy of seeking out only the best candidates and the best opportunities.

Today, Carol manages a high-end recruitment staff and serves a variety of clients in the medical support, administrative and financial/accounting arenas.

Joseph Beale

Joseph Beale joined Beale Personnel in the early 1990s to capitalize on the need for candidates that excel in the accounting and finance arenas. Prior to joining Beale Personnel, Joseph served the medical community as a practice management consultant for nearly 20 years.

As a member of the Beale team, Joseph's successful and extensive consultative approach to personnel allows him to craft effective solutions to meet the needs and demands of Beale Personnel clients.
